Cats with goons, passing

I still think Conan has more attitude. Ha!
On a far sadder and goonless note, three people on the team at work are dealing with the death of a cat this week. (I thought only celebrity deaths came in threes?) My heart really goes out to each of them. I know how much it hurts. Read the tribute one editor wrote about her cat. My mascara is smeared.

oh that is so sad but sweet at the same time. I had a kitty who died young too, she was 2 years old as well her name was Ivy. She has something that went wrong in her brain, they never figured out what it was. It was so awful and while that was a few years ago now her sister kitty Xan is only now beginning to come out of her depression over the loss.
I love kitties! They should all get to live forever. I told Xan that she has to live twice as long as normal kitties cause her sister died so young :) She had better too!

Aw, agreed it's a sad story - and poor Xan. My cat Conan still misses his old brother, Ghosty, too, but he's mostly laid back. It really only shows when he's being painful and he starts running around the house -- sometimes I think he's looking for Ghosty!
