Enter through the white door
The new front door was installed this afternoon. It's not painted the standard green or brown so it's like looking directly at the sun, compared to the neighbor's doors.
I'm going to disguise the door from the covenant with a big red "this is intentionally decorative" bow until it's painted in early January.
There's a new front door because the old one was splitting around the lock set. The knob's lock stopped working. And you know, that's not really safe, although the deadbolt still worked.
The door took three weeks from order date to today's install. Does everything in the D.C. area take three weeks, regardless of what it is?
