AOL is losing its inhibitions

I grabbed this post's title from Blogging Stocks. Lots and lots of media buzz over the last couple of days as the company announced its shift to an ad-based revenue strategy, dropping the membership fee for all but the handful of users who still use AOL as their connection to the Web.

Big cheers for the new direction!
